Auria House does not run a phone line. We found that the quality of support is higher when we can take the time to answer properly in writing — including specifications, photographs, or installation advice where useful.

Write to us at hello@auriahouse.co.uk and a real person from the team will reply — usually within one business day for emails received Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm GMT.

For urgent matters relating to an order in transit — missing parcel, damaged delivery, wrong item — please write "URGENT — Order #" in the subject line so we can prioritise the reply.
