Your right to cancel (UK law)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason, without needing to provide a justification. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

  • –  Free from damage caused after delivery
Faulty or damaged items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue at hello@auriahouse.co.uk and we will resolve it promptly.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once processed. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
