Shipping policy

We currently deliver to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We do not currently ship internationally.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Peak periods: During Christmas, Bank Holidays and sale events, please allow additional time for delivery. We will always notify you of any significant delays affecting your order.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel. If you have not received this email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@auriahouse.co.uk with your order number. We will investigate with our carrier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible — either by arranging redelivery or issuing a full refund.

If your item arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us at hello@auriahouse.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund in line with our Refund Policy. Do not dispose of the original packaging until the matter is resolved.

If a delivery attempt fails and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch. If we are unable to reach you within 14 days, your order may be refunded minus the original shipping cost.

All orders are shipped within the UK supply chain. No import duties or customs fees apply to UK orders. The price you pay at checkout is the final price — no hidden charges on delivery.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Auria House is not liable for delays once the order has been dispatched to the carrier.
